Why the hell is Rain still in Business and ******** its customers?

I signed up for rain in September and throughout I've had to deal with slow Internet, sometimes it randomly stopped transmission of the Internet and I had to reboot a thousand times for it to work, cut to 2 days ago it randomly stopped my Internet and no matter what I did it did not reconnect, I work from home I have been disconnected and it has cost me. I called customer service and let me just say I don't know why customer service line is billed on the customer in the first place, I called and waited for 15 minutes and no one answered until my airtime finished, I bought data to log into "my rain" to contact support but not one has called me yet, I made a friend of mine contact sales to call them back and sales called back immediately! While me the existing customer is still waiting for them to contact me. I just want to know why the hell are they still in business. Why is rain network provider still in business considering their ********** service provision.
