Why must I suffer for crime?
I app**** for a deal with Rain, in the mist of waiting for my delivery my bag was ****** with my ID number tried requesting for a call from them to explain what happened they told me I can not get my order. My goodness can my life any difficult, I lost my valuables now I cannot get my order back I have to deal with this issue. Is there no other solution besides reordering and refund and all that work. Rain never refunds from what I've heard. I do not have passport, I do not have temporary ID. I wanted to add my husband's details for delivery but was told I can not

09 Sept 2022, 18:02Been calling your call centre your customer service department tells me the query is not theirs I must go to sales department, sales say it's not theirs so who is suppose to assist me here. I want to cry after the whole experience I've had. I'm sure being dead is better option.
