WHY must i pay R998 in one month: Pathetic Service

this RAIN are *******. WHY must i pay R998 in one month when i don't owe you anything. i have called a couple of times but non of your agents are able to assist with the issue nor giving us a reference number for our complaint. i have never missed any payment now all of a sudden i owe you for the month of September twice. Pathetic service, i don't recommend anyone to use this **** internet providers. Once you join they don't care about your concerns but to just collect cash and add charges you don't know about.
