Why is there no support helpline ????? Only an AI assistant which does not respond !? My experience has been fine so far , I have had the rain101 5G deal for a month and of which I had relatively good network however on the weekends it's tends to significantly drop and now there is no network at all !!! and the worst part is there is nobody to contact to request assistance , suffering in silence , even the AI assistant does not respond or acknowledge the issue Searched the Web and not even a contact number available??? My recommendation is to maintain the humane element of a helpline at the bare minimum, we (the customers) would like to feel like we have some actual support in times of need. Look into it ! , and please URGENTLY assist with contacting me for an update regarding the current network situation.
