WHY IS THERE A DEBIT ON MY ACC MONTHS AFTER CANCELLING??!!!

This rating deserves a 0/10 actually…I’ve cancelled my subscription, I called and spoke to an agent *** I attempted to cancel on my app several times. When I eventually cancel. And you’ve collected your router. 2 months later there is a debit on my account. Tell me why it’s sooo difficult to cancel your damn services?!!!!!
