Why is the network dropping the whole day?
I'm experiencing a drop in the network the whole day. This is too much and it is the first time in 1 year that I am experiencing this nonsense of network dropping.

22 Jul 2024, 10:39Here is a concern I paying a 1000 Rand monthly and you guys failed to notify me that the tower that serves my device is down. Why didn't you communicate? Why is there no estimated time? Then month end you expect me to pay 1000 Rand?
