Why I will never recommend Rain 5G.

I am so disappointed in this provider, not only because they promised us better service than our first provider, but due to the fact that we were supposed to have our router yesterday already. I need wifi to be able to work from home at this point in time and due to their negligence I cant. No work no pay Rain. Whenever I try so call I hold for almost an hour and whenever you do get hold of someone, they promise to escalate the matter but never do. I understand we are in the middle of a state lockdown but at least have the guts to tell your clients delivery will be late and that they need to be prepared to wait. All of this after already paying them the startup fee of a R1000. Truely pathetic service
