Why Hiring Outsiders
I called in to complain about poor network and the verification process was ridiculous , and why hiring people from India while there are lots of South African(Qualified) without Jobs . Have to verify myself as if i wanted to withdraw R1 Million .

13 Sept 2024, 10:52Yeah I know why do I have to spell my name , surname and email address . It's not my problem that they reside in India . Why not hiring people from South Africa because they know how to speak and even pronounce better than Indians . I spend my entire day at work and don't have anyone using WIFI while at work , to my surprise by half past five evening using WIFI I always get slow response not connecting properly and worse when calling customer care I meet a person from India .

19 Sept 2024, 09:57Technician by the name of Marshall texted me on what's app on Saturday to come check the internet connection by the was was at work . I did texted him to come around 15H00 same day mind you i left early at work because of him . And he text me at 16H15 on what's app to let me know he won't make it because he was at Vaal . So what was i suppose to do in this case ?

I've spoke to someone via what's app by the name on Bensley on Thursday and made it clear I'm available on Saturday from 07H00 - 11H00 am. He /She told me they going to assign someone to assist me and provided zero feedback. Today Saturday I receive a text via what's app someone by the name of Crescens at 11H26 telling me he's been assigned to come assist me and must indicate what time I'm available, is this some sort of joke or I am the joke?

They did contact me and reassure that they will send a technician to come assist me which it never happened . Funny part they didn't waste time to debit but to come assist me it's a mission . Is it possible for them to reverse my money because I'm not getting a good service from them ?
