Why dont you respond to my query???

I have logged a query 4 days ago on the rain website. I currently have a 4g sim in my own modem. all has been working perfectly fine until since last week.

I am still waiting for someone to call me???

Last time I queried something with billing I receive a call within minutes after logging the call
