Why doesn't hellopeter have a star rating below 1, because now you are forcing me to give a company 1 star when they deserve none for customer service

No one called, no technician came out nothing. I believe message was only send so other people would consider either keeping them as their service provider or making them their service provider.

Ok! Now I had it, tried your stupid solution with so much confidence and hope, just to be disappointed. Please let me know. Are u sending out a technician or can I start the cancelation process.

How does this answer my question? I'm sorry for using hellopeter as form of communication but this is the only way that you respond as your customer helpline is forever just ringing.

My people. I don't know if you can see the date that I raised my first complain on hellopeter about rain. It's 17/10/2023 today as I'm writing this. Still no agent called, still no technician send out, but come to payday and immediately I'll get a reminder that I will be due soon. Now you do the math for yourself, is rain for his customers or for their money?

Look at rain's come back that I'm suppose to be happy with.

This was send to me yesterday people, as per date and time on top. And was there any follow-up? Nope! Got home today and to my surprise I get a wifi signal below 1mb, really now guys. Since 06 Oct 2023, 19:49 and still nothing? What are you going to say now the pole is still faulty or someone stole it but neighbor's wifi is working fine. Mzanzi please help me out here, how do I get Vumatel to come and do the wiring so I can change from this pathetic money making joke for a company and also convince my neighbor to join me? I'm looking forward to watching the rugby either buffering or not at all thanks to RAIN.

So I finally received a callback from rain, saying they can also see that my receiving signal is below 10mb, they'll be sending out a technician today to look at the problem if not then for latest Monday. I'll keep you guys updated.

So, I spoke to the technician and we arrange for Wednesday due to me not able to be at home when he comes. I was then told to contact office for rescheduling which I did and was promised a reschedule. Let's see and hope.

Been struggling with them since 06 October 2023 and This was promised to me only on 28th October 2023 by this pathetic joke of a company called Rain. Yet again all lies. My wife lost 2 days work now because of this so called technician that's coming or calling. And what does Rain say? "We sorry" As if sorry is going to fix the problem. After several calls and placed on hold for more then 40 mins twice, empty promises was made once again by Mr Zukisa ref ***. Just spoke to a Somin now ref ***9 more promises was made. That's y im asking you my Mzanzi please provide another network provider i'm done with this fools and good luck to those who still remains with them.

I give up on this people, spoke to vodacom already on a fibre deal. Just waiting on some connection to be made in my neighborhood then I'm leaving this clowns, enjoy *****ing my money for now, hope you use it wisely or invest it cause by the way you run things this company will soon be no more.
