Why do you RAIN on my parade?

During a time when our salaries depend on a strong internet connection, we ask and pay for strong internet but don't get what we pay for. I'm STRUGGLING with MyRain. I've been using rain for 2 months now and its been fine at 15mbps. Past 2 weeks its been barely usable at 1mbps.

I wanted to optimise my signal so I log into rain and check the tower, I notice its connected to a tower 3km away but there are 3 towers within 1km range of my place. Im guessing this is why the speed is slow but rain keeps on telling me the same story, move your router to a better spot, restart your router, reset your router, change the apn. I've done all this and more, just haven't thrown it out the window yet.

I'm tired and frustrated because my work from home situation depends on great internet and rain is taking food out of mouth. Now I'm cold, hungry and disconnected. I should have stayed with Vodacom
