Why do we all fall for this?!
Yip, I'm one of the idiots that fell for the R249pm deal as well. Even my signal is tolerable, the internet speeds sure aren't. No matter where I go, the speeds rarely exceed 1Mbps! Customer service reply is slow at best. Very close to cancelling.
