WHy did you disconnect my connection on the 24th?????????

What's wrong with Rain. Currently working from home. Trying to work on my reports for my CEO, they have just decided to disconnect me because they didn't find money on my card/bank, what the heck is wrong with you?? My contract/agreement with Rain is that I pay on the 25th of each and every month just because it's December you assume that everybody got paid early, well that's not the case with someone of us. Do I have to m9ve to onto another service provider?? This is not on
