why did you cut my network

Yes im so dissapointed for the past 3 days we didnt hv network at all in our area now that the network was restored you cut my network ,i recieved a msg this mng saying its due to non payment on which i paid on the 27th of September

no i only changed the dates but i wasnt in any arrears.check my payment history i paid on the 27th of september then i paid again on the 26th of October last saturday..so should i pay 2 times a month or what?

So are you saying i have already used the 500r that i paid on saturday just 5 days back ? I dont undersatand.if there is a problem with me paying on the 1st so you should put me back on the 25th coz i hv never missed any payment before.this is day light *******

we can go way back as you want when i started using 5 rain a year ago i remember very well i paid in advance all and all i paid 1000rands before you opened the network for me..after that i was paying every month on the 25th i never skipped until last month i decided i want to pay on the 1st..if this is causing problems put me back on the 25th and fix this there is no way i can pau again what for exactly check my records.

No in my case i paid before i stareted using rain 5g why ate we wasting time chatting here instead of youblooking at my records ..so where is tge 500r i paid on saturday? when i started using rain i paid 470 for my 4g and they asked me to pay another 500r to connect my 5g check all my transactions...

Im not going to pay again fix this mistake you know you are wrong im paying every month i paid lady saturday and i must pay again for wat ...where is the 500r that i.paid ?? In that case it means i paid 1000r for last month so you must fix that
