Why can you not stick to what you say?
I specifically said you should only take the payment on 2 Jan. Today is 2 Jan which means you should only take the payment at midnight. But no, instead you send messages saying my internet will be limited if I don't pay! Sort yourselves out and quickly, otherwise I will simply cancel the account!
