Why can I not get hold of Rain ?

Rain 5G Premium (Part 3) So I gave this a chance, it worked well but would sometimes cut out (as all fibre does sometimes) and the main problem was that when I would close my double glazed glass doors, it would not work at all - there is no solution to this, so I cancelled. Now I have been trying since Monday to call the Support as I have changed my mind on the cancellation date and not able to get hold of them, sent multiple emails, and logged a ticket on site and still not a word for days. This is my last resort.
