WHO IS RAIN???

Again. So after a lot of phone calls and promises, no internet still. I was given a credit for July. Great! And them a router swop was arranged. I have a 101 router... they came here with a sim card. No use to me at all plus they deactivated my old router leaving me with not even the measly 10mbp that I got (if I was lucky) Eventually fot a phone xall apologising profusely about the mistake but informing be that since it was Friday they cannot arrange for the new router delivery before the Monday. I requested that they at leadt activate the old router but was told that they cannot as the new router has been activated due to the sim swop and that I will be getting the new router on Monday. I will also be, for the inconvenience be given one month free wifi. Great!!! However, new router was delivered and not activated. I have once again been without internet going on two days (excluding the weejend) and no feedback. Not even the rain sim card in my phone is working. I have now made endless attempts to get feedback but nothing. I have a router hanging on my wall like a piece of useless crayon drawing without any feedback. Going on 6 weeks now.....
