Three days of terrible service, multiple call-back requests ignored, and still no improvement.

Even mobile data on your network is just as bad; which says a lot.

You claim to be better than the rest, but right now you’re not even close.

Sort it out before you start losing even more customers; judging by the complaints, we’re not the only ones fed up.
