Whet it RAIN it Pours

Again with unusable internet from Rain, The signal is so weak I can not stream any of my shows nor can I play online games. I am paying for internet that is not working, I am paying for Netflix, Disney+, Prime video and DSTV Premium streaming that I can not use, This is a waste of my money. I reported the fault with the tower over a week ago and nothing has been done to change this, After my previous complain om Hallo Peter I thought Rain would up their game, but NO! If my internet isn't fully functioning by 1 PM today I am canceling and I am taking my 3 friends with my that I referred to Rain. IT is enough that we have so many broken services in this country, Is there no one left that still takes pride in their services, no one that still cares for their customers? We the people must just accept that we live in a broken country with broken services and there is nothing we can do about it but when this people wants t heir money they take it or they suspend your service and threaten with lawyers. I AM DONE!
