Where ther’s RAIN, it really pours.

I cancelled a SIM card I took with Rain in December, but they kept on taking money from my account. At first, they promised me a refund “within ten days” but they’ve now told me that there is no refund due to me. Worse, while waiting for the refund, I got their 5G router, but returned it inside of 48hrs because the thing simply did not work! I’d paid R529 for the router with a promise that I would get three days free connection, but lo and behold, they refused to refund me when they eventually answered their phones fifteen minutes after holding!
