WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT RAIN?

I have been trying to get hold of a technical person at rain to assist me with internet supply when there is loadshedding. I have been trying since Tuesday and to date nobody has called me back. I bought a UPS to assist me when there is loadshedding. The modem works when there is electricity but when there is no electricity I don't have WIFI evan when the UPS is on and connected to modem. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE CALL ME TO ASSIST
