Worst service provider in the history of mankind! Stay far far away! Run Forest Run!

You can not communicate with their staff. Struggle to understand them most of the times. Everything they tell you and promise you will not happen. They promise to send me a statement and it just never happens. Phone got put down in my ear.

Paid in advance every month to use their service and now when canceling, even though im ahead of schedule with payments. Im 2 months behind and they can not prove it. Arranged to have my wifi canceled by the end of January and they switched it of Mid December.

Refuse to put it back on for the period arranged, says I am in arrears and refuse to prove it and send me a statement of my account!

Stay as far away as possible, their service is terrible.

Reason for canceling was that they say I have 5G in my area but can not even get a 1mb download speed. Always offline and even during Loadshedding it will not work, everyone in our area is complaining and canceling.
