Where in the world is rain?

At first my experience with rain was great. the speed was not bad at all. many of my friends kept saying they have been having issues with rain, but i was lucky to have 100% uptime and decent speed. Then a couple of months ago the issues started. I have been messaging rain on facebook and from the rain website dashboard. posting my speed tests. my modem has been in the same spot since i started using rain so i had no hardware issues on my side. i have been crawling along at ****b/s or sometimes less speed (sometimes less). some days you start the day with 5 or 6mb/s but then it would drop down to a crawl again. this process repeats through the day. i even asked the person that rep**** to me on facebook whether they can't kick me off my current tower and connect me to a different one just to test. never to be heard from again. i have had good service and bad from rain. getting hold of support seems to be out of the question at the moment. i am strongly considering getting another isp! how can you not have a support system if you are an isp. does not matter if you have a million clients or 10
