When we needed to cancel our 4G because my husband and I no longer needed the second 4G sim. Rain called us(for the first time ever) and suggested we upgrade to 5G. What they failed to tell us is that we'd have far less connectivity. I'm home all day so having 24/7 connectivity and a stable network is everything but ke no such luck here. Absolutely trash!
