When Rain is always welcomed.

I have read hundreds of negative reviews on this platform and most social media sites on the bad service received from Rain. I am going to flip the script on that with amazing service from a Guy called Yaseen @ Rain. i sent through an email, received an automated response, followed by Yaseen's email and a call. we worked through the issues i was facing and we will have a follow up when i make a few adjustments. At this point i need to give Rain the credit due. I have has issues only a few times this month, and we have worked out the reasons for the issues. In my opinion, i am happy with the service provider, Rain works for me.
