When it’s not raining…

CCD couriers, on behalf of Rain, made an appointment - an appointment no less - to deliver my Wifi at 10h00 on Saturday, 7 May. My daughter has Covid and we are homebound and our Wifi is not working…well I’m sure you can put two and two together.

I was informed - when they phoned to make said appointment - that I had to wait until Saturday. So I paid and waited. Patiently I might add.

Then on the day, like Christmas morning, my children and I awaited Santa’s arrival. Wifi. Finally. And then Christmas came and went. No Wifi. No presents.

I subsequently phoned Customer Service (twice) - and was told there was a delay. But it was coming. Perhaps Santa has a hangover or heaven forbid, a courier emergency had struck?
