When it rains, it pours in disaster!

I'm uncertain about the billing, i thnk i have paid up to date and Rain doesnt. I 've made payment this month when they asked me to and then they cut me. even after explaining that ok you say im behind but can i please have time until the 8th of Feb because im an online Math, science and English Tutor but i have lost more than R3000 in missed classes which has landed me a suspension from booking any more clases. I've explained to Rain that my work is in Jeopardy because of them disconnesting me and throttling me so bad i can't can't maintain a consistent Zoom meeting. Sometimes it's so bad i have to turn off my video feed in the vritual classroom. They constantly enable then disable my connection and when they enable it they throttle me so that i will never have the connection speed that i pay for. They don't even read the content of your emails, they just try to force payment from you via whiplast of i have and then i dont have connection. i'm not even sure that i have my job anymore buit they don't care. All they care about is R400 that they say that i owe them. From what i don't even know. Ironically at this rate i won't be able to pay Rain because they cut off the internet that i need to make money to pay them. I could have paid you 4 months in advance with all the classes that i have missed and most likely my work too. They don't care, They make it clear to you as well If you want a friendly and agreeabe internet service provider then give yourself a break and be not led into their temptful offers. It's messy dealing with rain, from the arrival of the delivery where i experienced ****phobia to the billing and evenually the service you're trying to get. It's been a horrile experience and i would not reccomend this to anybody that i liked .
