When it rains it POURS! Horrible service

I have received the worst possible service from rain! If you are considering them as your internet service provider, I suggest you run and do NOT look back!!! My payment date is the 1st of every month and I ensure to pay on time as I work from home and rely on the internet to work. Today is the 21st and they've switched off my wifi stating I have an outstanding amount. How? When my pay date is the 1st?? They cut connectivity at 12 and have been without internet since then, meaning I am unable to work. I have been put on hold, more than 3 times, for over 15 minutes!!! When someone decides to eventually take my call, I'm asked if I changed my payment date? Does your system not show this information??? I'm then told to wait while they escalate the matter to their billing department. So while I wait for them to resolve their incompetency, I should risk my job and not work due to no wifi. It's 2pm and I have still not received any assistance, no remorse from their staff nor an apology. HORRIBLE
