When it Rains it pours

I joined rain for over a year now and I have nothing good to say about this business I read many reviews about rain hoping the will listen to their customers but it gets worse the only thing we see is new products that is advertised like rain one but there services wow it crazy bad. Rain claims that their service is month to month in the past if you did not pay they will automatically switch you off until you can afford to pay but I don't know I'm sitting with a bill of overR1700 I don't know what's happening all I know is they either ****** or the service has changed to a binding contract but ya when it rains it pours *******ion is real please rain close shop I want out thanks
