When it RAIN's, it pours

I have made a huge mistake by joining RAIN. Second month in a row where a double debit has been done. I have wasted a lot of airtime and hours phoning in after receiving no reply when logging calls on the app. This is a ****. Do not join or fall for their nice promises. I canceled in December. This will be escalated to ICASA and the Ombudsman.
