When it Rains it pours

I got a message on Wednesday 27 at 12:25 that the tower Im connected to is down for maintenance, so even if the router connects to another tower you wont be able to stream anything. Its now Thursday 21:48 tower still down which means no internet, how long does it take to restore a tower and while its down what must happen because I need internet. The 4G option is useless,
