When it rains it pours
Will this comment make a difference? Maybe to someone who will actually action by issue because god knows there arent any locations aside from rain hq which looks to be harder to find than Jeffrey Epstein.
And to think all that im waiting 2 months for is a router swap out. How embarassing is that. Lets not mention the OTP issues you might get when using a mobile number with rain , which is separate, but just as notable issue.
Case number: ***2 just in case you all think im making this s#it up.

23 Sept 2024, 18:58I had to write a follow up review because I cannot believe the excuse my french 'fu^^ups' made by the driver and logistics team, as they gave me a 4G sim card and not a 5G one, he charged me R150 when delivering the device, and he forgot to give me a sim when giving me a router.
