When it Rains, it pours

I have had issues with Rain for the past few months. Their call centre is not assisting, and once they don't understand, they drop the call. I called 4 times, and the last guy who took my call was patient but had no clue what was happening. I have been calling, begging for service with CCD Couriers, who want personal documents, which is against the POPI Act. It's been 3 days now no one can assist.
