When it rains it pours

I have been emensly disappointed in the Rain network. Iv had no network since last week thursday. Everything in the house runs with wifi. Children are writing exams and cant access their online material. Is this right though? There is no correspondence or response from the team when you log incidents. For the amount of money we pay for this service i am not treated right. Rain has become very unreliable for me.
