When it rains it pours

Rain has on countless occasions charged me extra the following month when I chose not to use as they advertise, "month-to-month" which is ******* because we are mislead. They have now charged me for a whole month and because I activated it before the end of the month, I'm charged an additional amount for that. So I've paid for the current month but owing for last month which makes ZERO SENSE!!! Anyone who wants to use rain, just know its a ******* and deceptive company. I'm appalled.
