When it RAIN it pours with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been trying to cancel my 5G for over a week now. You can't contact anyone only select cancel on the internet under my account. Then it creates a ticket. I have created a ticket twice a day for over a week and still not cancelled and I also got debited today for the subscription
