When it Rain it PAUSE - POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE

My internet had been offline for a few hours now and this has been an ongoing issue for several days now where my internet disconnects. I have rebooted my router several times and i have also changed the location of the router within my house, there is no change. It says registration failed. Please resolve this immediately before i cancel all my services with Rain and then i will also bad mouth the poor quality of service from Rain on every social media platform
