WHEN IS RAINS IT PAUSE
So every 3 weeks we must write reviews for you guys to take us your customers serious, i have had poor internet service for a week now worst of all your bill comes with a lot of surprises and then you suspend my account without notice because you decided to go early into my account something you are known for as you are ********* in your dealings , i requested a call back since you guys don't answer your phones, created a ticket on your app even wrote an email but no one even bothered to call back , are you guys running your company from a garage somewhere maybe cause WOW your services is terrible and you only care about money .

29 Nov 2023, 15:23My connection was disconnected way before my billing date, as per the last review dated 27/09/2023 my bill was not adjusted accordingly for the 5 days i had no internet connection which i paid for , clearly you failed also to read my review before replying.

29 Nov 2023, 15:33If you were calling customers immediately when you get their requests you would know this and we wouldn't be having this back and forth , you guys should stop taking south africans for a ride . You can't be having negative reviews on all social media platforms and so many bad reviews on Hellopeter and still continue run your business like everything is rosy like the new routers you implemented, i will make sure everyone knows what a bad company you are even if it means copying and pasting these reviews on all socials i will do that ,you can't make me pay for something i did not use and promise me one thing then come back spit in my face about a bill .
