The agent was polite.He suggested a package for me which is more faster and not too expensive.He answered my questions when I asked.He told me about the documents needed when the delivery guy arrives He even told me that they will deliver in 3-5 days.They did exactly that and the delivery guy even arrived earlier than the agreed time.
