I wish there was a minus in the rating that you could select. let me start a fresh Hi, I seriously don't even know what to do anymore, can you imagine having a massive portfolio for my degree that is due today and I cannot even complete it due to the fact that I have NO wifi!! I am supposed to be finishing my work in August and one thing is for sure, should I proceed with this poor network I will not get the job done. This is not the first time that I am complaining about the fact that the network is seriously terrible, and every time when you speak to a rain consultant they tell you it's due to load shedding or due to this or due to that. How about you just be honest and say, "well we are a poor service provider but we have no issue in issuing a debit order to your account". Please tell me if you as a business will be able to function with any internet? How do you expect your clients to do the same? 50mbps line ... Please! Test speed done tonight: 1.30mbps download & 0.09mbps upload... I can't even work from home anymore, because I'm more offline than what I am actually working! So let me hear it. What is your excuse this time around? Your towers need to be fixed again? Loadshedding? Someone *****ing R500bil in the government? Get your network fixed or terminate my contract and I will go to a service provider that will actually give me service Thanks
