What Support ?

I am very disappointed with Rain internet service provider as I have not received any worth for my moneys this month , after a huge struggle on the unfriendly website I managed to find where to contact support and place a log. I have placed a log last week Thursday stating that my internet keeps on dropping constantly up to today I have not been contacted almost a week later. No reference number is given when you contact support and they also don't provide a phone number for a help desk.
