What Rain (Pty) Ltd support!
I contacted Rain (Pty) Ltd on their website with a query on 21 May with the reference ***6. On 3 June I sent a reminder on the e-mail that I received as confirmation on my query. On 5 June I sent a reminder on the reminder. On 11 June I phoned them and after some time left a message for them to call me back and received another reference of *** but no call back. Looks like they are quick to sell but slow to support.
