WHAT POOR SERVICE DELIVERY FROM RAIN

Good day

Two weeks back i upgraded my package and at the time i was advised that i am able to test speed for free at a cost of R1 and i will not be charged, the consultant also advised that my monthly installment will remain the same there will be no extra charge.

On the first there was no money debited on my account and i received an sms when i clicked on it i was advised to pay R1 100.00 but i could not understand why, when trying to call there number *** i could not get through i then requested a call back from the sale agents in order for them to put me through to there billing department .

I then spoke to a gentleman who advised that he will look into my account and get back to me and he NEVER DID AND I WAS NEVER CALLED BACK TILL TODAY.

My services has been suspended and the money is still available in my account no one is calling me or even trying to get back to me after numerous calls and emails.
