i last used this provider about for years ago , due to poor network , now i decided i want to try them again only to find that on my dashboard i owe 730 , and on calling support no one could tell me how and billing would call to clarify , they just sent me an email containing a statement no assistance whats so ever , but to be fair how does one owe on a pay as you use
