What is going on with Rain?

I have been a rain customer for some time. A while ago I had to replace my cards, of which one was used to do my account payments with. Ever since then, I have tried to change my card information for some time, but am not able to. There is always a error of some sort.

So I have been forced to do manual payments every month. Today is no difference. HOWEVER Usually, when doing the manual payment, the money is off my bank account, and my Rain account shows it has been settled, and my service is restored.

Today, the money is off my account, but my account is still in arrears, and I have no service. Also the website is full of issues with slow response, and errors. Just logging in was a mission.

Rain, you actually have great service, but this is becoming a issue…
