What is going on at Rain?
I am yet to receive an internet service from Rain. This is after my account was debited. I am awaiting a Rica activation, they said I must check my phone for an SMS. However, I received no SMS. In addition, why is there no developer that will just put a resend link in case this happens? Anyway, I logged a complaint and they said they will respond to my query within 24-48 hours and I was given a reference number. I think they do this under false pretense and just to buy time. I am yet to receive the service I paid for from Rain.

23 Jul 2020, 14:18Why does Rain send automated responses to clients and not keep their promises? I am yet to receive any of the promises Rain has made to me. I am getting no service and I can't use the data that I paid for. This is very frustrating.
