What Internet stability?

I have been complaining (from 25 Jan 2021) (Several tickets with multiple requests for feedback over several weeks) about the internet stability. When it works it works great, but calls drop (indicating that the connections move from Hero to Zero) and then the Internet connection can be lost several times a day for minutes, hours or days.

As indicated above, we have Logged several tickets, spent Hours on the phone have had a technician out (more than once). When the internet connection is finally resolved it works only for a little while before it goes down again and the sequence repeats... at this point, I am very disappointed in Rain.

Please fix the oversubscription problems of your towers (yes it is your towers)... please stop believing that your customers do not know that this is the issue and stop making it the customers problem.

Only one ticket should have ever to be created to resolve one problem, the customer should not even have to call. Therefore Service levels and customer support is almost a negative on the scoreboard. a One-star rating is given because when it works, as it should, it works great... if not for Service and Customer support I would have given a 5 for context.
