What internet?

After reading all the reviews here i am upset with myself for not reading first before getting this excuse for internet. More down time than actually having internet, logged tickets numerous times with no actual response, just automated emails. Being charged for something that doesn't exist. I am now cancelling this, hope they can actually get that right...
