What exemplary service!

I contacted RAIN online to apply for their 5G Home product. Signing up and paying upfront for the service was easy and very straight forward. Usually this is when companies show their true colours--when they have your money.

Less than 3 days later Stefan contacted me asking when he could deliver my router to the given address. From the outset Stefan proved himself to be a RAIN Customer Service Hero. He delivered my router exactly at the time agreed and took it upon himself to quickly install the router to make sure the service is up and running 100% before he left. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Kind and friendly throughout.

It is abundantly clear that building strong customer relationships are foundational to all Stefan's interactions and I, for one, was impressed every step of the way It was truly a pleasure dealing with him and I am so thankful for having been assisted by such a top-notch professional. Additionally, I must commend RAIN on employing people of such calibre. People with integrity that you can count on.
