What ever you do, do not subscribe to rain network
I canceled my rain sim in December, they tried debuting money from my account in Jan . I lodged a complaint via email, they didnt reply me. I called them almost every single day but no one answered my calls.
Today they took R1000 from my account. Tried calling them again but no one from their call centre picks up. Mind you their sim is not even working. At this point I just want my money back.

28 Feb 2023, 09:38 Please be advised that your billing is post-paid, meaning that you pay for a month's service in the next month. Invoices for a month's services are generated at the end of the month, and are due in the following month on your set payment date
